ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการ (Terms of Service)

ยินดีต้อนรับสู่เว็บไซต์และบริการของบริษัท คอนฟิเดีย จำกัด (“บริษัท” หรือ “เรา”) โปรดอ่านข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้อย่างรอบคอบก่อนใช้งานเว็บไซต์ https://www.confidia.co.th (“เว็บไซต์”) หรือบริการใดๆ ของเรา การใช้งานเว็บไซต์ถือว่าท่าน (“ผู้ใช้” หรือ “ท่าน”) ยอมรับและตกลงตามเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดในข้อตกลงนี้
1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข
- ท่านตกลงยอมรับและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข และนโยบายส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมด
- บริษัทมีสิทธิ์แก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงข้อตกลงนี้เมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยประกาศบนเว็บไซต์ล่วงหน้า 7 วัน
2. บริการและการใช้งาน
- บริษัทให้บริการระบบบริหารจัดการโพสต์คอนเทนต์และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลบนแพลตฟอร์ม TikTok ตามแพ็กเกจที่ท่านเลือก
- ท่านสามารถใช้บริการได้ตามสิทธิ์ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ไม่อนุญาตโอนสิทธิ์ให้บุคคลภายนอก
3. การลงทะเบียนและบัญชีผู้ใช้
- ท่านต้องลงทะเบียนและให้ข้อมูลถูกต้องครบถ้วน หากข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง บริษัทอาจระงับบัญชีได้ทันที
- รหัสผ่านและบัญชีเป็นความรับผิดชอบของท่าน ห้ามเปิดเผยหรือให้บุคคลอื่นเข้าถึง
4. นโยบายการชำระเงิน
- ราคาค่าบริการเป็นไปตามที่ระบุในเว็บไซต์ บริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์ปรับราคาได้
- การชำระเงินถือสมบูรณ์เมื่อตรวจสอบยอดเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี ยกเว้นเป็นไปตามข้อกฎหมาย
5. ลิขสิทธิ์และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
- เนื้อหา รูปภาพ โค้ดโปรแกรม เอกสาร นโยบาย เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของบริษัทหรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ ห้ามคัดลอกทำซ้ำ
- ท่านได้รับสิทธิใช้เฉพาะภายใต้ข้อตกลงนี้เท่านั้น
6. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ
- บริการจัดให้ “ตามสภาพ” (as is) บริษัทไม่รับประกันความถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์ หรือไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด
- บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางตรง ทางอ้อม หรือทางอื่นใดที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการ
7. การยกเลิกและระงับบริการ
- ท่านสามารถยกเลิกบริการได้ตามเงื่อนไขในแพ็กเกจที่สมัคร
- บริษัทอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีหากพบการกระทำผิดข้อตกลง
8. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและเขตอำนาจ
- ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย
- กรณีมีข้อพิพาท ให้ศาลไทยเป็นผู้ตัดสินขั้นสุดท้าย

Welcome to the services provided by Confidia Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website at https://www.confidia.co.th (“Site”) or any of our services. By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site at least seven days prior to their effective date.

We provide tools for scheduling, publishing TikTok content, and analytics management according to your chosen plan. You may only use the services in accordance with the permissions granted to your account and may not transfer or sublicense your access.

You must register for an account and provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if the information provided is false or incomplete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
4. Payment and Refunds
Service fees are as listed on the Site. We reserve the right to change fees at any time. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
